All services are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Due to the nature of bookkeeping services, refunds are not provided for work that has already been performed.
Clients may cancel future services by submitting written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Once cancellation is effective, no further charges will be applied.
If a cancellation request is received before any work has begun for the current billing period, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
This policy applies to all monthly bookkeeping service plans.
