How does onboarding work?

Once you choose your plan, you’ll receive an email to complete your business intake form and grant QuickBooks access. Setup begins within 48 hours after we receive your completed information and supporting documents.

We’ll ask you to complete a short onboarding form and upload the required documents through our secure portal. All instructions will be included in that initial email.

If you already have QuickBooks Online, we’ll connect through secure accountant access. If you don’t, we’ll create a QuickBooks company file under our firm and send you your login credentials. Every client receives a QuickBooks login portal to view reports and access records at any time.

Yes, there is a 3-month minimum onboarding commitment. After that period, your plan renews monthly and can be cancelled with a 14-day notice.

You can cancel anytime after the 3-month commitment by emailing us at admin@goldvyne.com or leaving a voicemail at (407) 504-2679.
Cancellations are confirmed based on the timestamp of the voicemail or email received. Once we receive your notice, we’ll reply within 24 hours to confirm your cancellation request. Your QuickBooks data remains entirely yours, and your access will stay active through the end of your current billing period.

All payments are processed automatically through Stripe using ACH, debit, or credit card. Billing renews monthly on your original sign-up date.

You can change your plan after the 3-month commitment period. Once adjusted, your new tier will automatically update in Stripe and reflect on your next billing cycle.

Due to our high volume, we exclusively focus on bookkeeping and reporting. Our goal is to keep books organized and accurate. For tax preparation, we suggest using a trusted licensed CPAs who can file your returns using the financials we prepare.

All client files are stored in QuickBooks Online, which uses bank-level 256-bit SSL encryption.
Only authorized team members can access your data.
Clients can log in anytime to view reports or download records directly.

Once cancellation is confirmed, you’ll retain access to all finalized QuickBooks data and reports. Gold Vyne Bookkeeping will securely archive any remaining shared files.
